The 2027 EXRIMA Summer School will be taught by Prof. Ivo Tafkov, who is the KPMG / E. Harold Stokes Professor of Accounting at Georgia State University. His work has been published in leading accounting journals such as The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, and Accounting, Organizations and Society. He is an expert in experimental research in management accounting.

The Summer School is hosted jointly by Prof. Dr. Thorsten Knauer (Ruhr University Bochum), Prof. Dr. Friedrich Sommer (FAU, University of Erlangen-Nuremberg), and Prof. Dr. Arnt Wöhrmann (Giessen University) and one of the organizers teaches the introductory class.
